1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WinGame.lk ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your area, to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of Sri Lanka and your local area.

3. Account & Verification

Accounts are created using your name and mobile number with a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Virtual Coins & Gems

Coins, gems and similar in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. They exist only for entertainment within the App.

5. Rewards & Prizes

Any promotions, rewards or prizes are subject to their own official rules and availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Nothing in the App is a guarantee of winnings.

6. Fair Play

Cheating, using bots, exploiting bugs, manipulating scores or leaderboards, or interfering with other players is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or upload harmful or offensive content.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, graphics and game content belong to WinGame.lk or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Privacy

We collect limited information such as your name and mobile number to run your account and the leaderboard. We do not sell your personal data.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WinGame.lk is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name and mobile number. We also generate game data such as scores, coins, gems and leaderboard entries linked to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to create and secure your account, verify your mobile number via OTP, run the shared leaderboard, operate the games, and improve the App.

3. OTP & Mobile Number

Your mobile number is used to send a one-time password (OTP) for verification and, where applicable, service messages. Standard carrier charges may apply as shown at sign-up.

4. Leaderboard Visibility

Your display name and scores may be shown publicly on the shared leaderboard to other players. Do not use a name you wish to keep private.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (for example, an SMS gateway) only to operate the App, or where required by law.

6. Data Storage & Security

Leaderboard and account data are stored on our server. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

The App may use local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember game progress on your device.

8. Children

The App is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your data may remove your leaderboard entries.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
